Here are some tips to help in the healing process for various types of traumas

Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today
Try to enjoy ‘today’ because EVERYTHING is temporary, including the relationship with the members of our families.
Don’t be a prisoner of your past. It’s just a lesson, not a life sentence.
Life has to move on.
You don’t have to win all the wars.
Learn to understand people’s true personality:
- Narcissists never learn from mistakes because they consider they never did any
- Be aware that some people are allergic to the truth. Always control your speech and gestures around those people.
- There are two types of toxic people:
- Toxic people you can educate. It may take a long effort, but you’ll see good results at some point.
- Toxic people you can’t educate no matter what. Avoid these people ASAP
- Everybody loves charismatic people. Bus some of them may be natural born con artists, with a two-faced personality. Remember: Actions speak louder than words.
All of us fall for this:
– When you never get to have something you become obsessed by it
– Sometimes we have to lose things before we can truly appreciate them
– Feeling sorry about yourself, creates an addiction for your mind to keep searching for a reason to prove that you are always a victim
– Holding long term hate or grudge, is like poisoning yourself and hoping for somebody else to die
– Some people are born with high level of sensitivity or became highly sensitive upon harsh life experiences. Not being aware about your level of sensitivity will fill your life with many bad memories, because sensitive people might exhibit some of these weaknesses:

- Care too much about what other people say
- Might get emotionally attached too easily
- Get easily disturbed or angry when witnessing dishonesty, mismanagement, inefficiency, selfishness, unfair situations, etc
Suppress your sensitivity. Learn to sit back and observe.
Not everything needs a reaction.
One day, you’ll look back and realize that you worried too much about things that don’t really matter.
